Q: How do I arrange for you to pick up my dog?
A: Monday through Friday. We work to best accommodate your schedule from early morning to later in the evening, Monday through Friday. You can either leave keys to your home with your doorman, or provide us with a spare copy that is locked in a secure place in our office.

Q: Where will you take my dog? I have two dogs, can you accommodate that?
A: We will exercise your dog in an area close to your home, and vary the route, depending on how many days per week you enlist our services. We will handle two of your dogs at one time, but never will we group your dog with an unfamiliar dog. Please inquire about rates for two dogs.

Q: Does my dog need to be vaccinated and licensed?
A: Yes. For the safety of you, your pet, and us we require all dogs to be vaccinated and licensed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We request to be paid by check, left in your home, once per week. Should you require a different payment schedule, please inquire with us.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes! Doggy Jog is an excellent gift for the dog of a family member or friend. Not only will they love you for it, so will their dog!
